At Luxury Vault by Rina, all sales are carefully curated and authenticated. We want you to shop with confidence.

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
